Common questions
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome, but a quick call or WhatsApp ahead helps us prepare — especially for health screenings or paediatric vaccines.
What should I bring for a screening?
Bring your IC and any prior medical reports. Most screenings need a 8–10 hour fast — we'll confirm when you book.
Do you accept insurance / GL?
We're working on panel arrangements. Please call us to ask about specific providers — we'll update this page as we confirm panels.
Is there parking?
Yes — there's street parking and shoplot bays nearby. The clinic is on the ground floor with easy access.
